10) Terms And Conditions
Before any customers purchase your products or services they need to know exactly what the terms are, and the conditions attached. A terms and conditions page should explain what they are in clear language.
When looking at any established website you will struggle to find one that doesn’t have all 10 of those pages. There’s a good reason for that so start out by including them and build from there. If you’re site is already live and you are missing one or more of them it’s well worth investing the effort to create those missing pages.
